Hi, I’m Jennifer Ball, the founder of RestoraPath Consulting.

With over 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare and a master’s degree in Restorative Practices, I founded RestoraPath to bring heart-centered leadership, trust-building, and emotional intelligence into the spaces where people live, work, and lead. What began as a mission to transform patient experience has grown into a broader calling—to help organizations across industries build stronger cultures, improve communication, and lead with authenticity.

Throughout my career, I’ve designed national training programs, coached hundreds of leaders, and led large-scale initiatives that deeply reshaped organizational culture, boosting satisfaction, engagement, and human connection. My unique background bridges operational strategy with the restorative tools that help people and teams rebuild trust, resolve conflict, and thrive through change.
